At Cairdeas Creations, all sales are final. However, we understand that issues can arise, and we are committed to ensuring that you receive products of the highest quality. Please review our return policy below.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will gladly arrange for a return or reshipment at no additional cost to you. To initiate a claim, please provide a detailed description of the defect, along with any relevant photos. Claims submitted after 14 days of delivery will not be accepted.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If the address provided is deemed insufficient or incorrect by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for the cost of reshipment once we confirm an updated address with you.
Unclaimed Shipments
Shipments that go unclaimed will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for the cost of reshipment. Unclaimed returns will be donated to charity if not claimed within 30 days.
Final Sale
Please note that we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for any reason other than defects or damage. This includes, but is not limited to, buyer's remorse, incorrect sizes, or changes in personal preferences.
